Complete with a partner for time (if you are doing it solo cut the reps in half)
For time:
400m Run
150 Wall Balls
400m Run
100 Push-ups
400m Run
50 Partner Push-Presses
(2 people push-press on 1 bar at the same time)
* With the exception of the run and partner push-press, only 1 person is working at a time

I’ll have to find a partner who is as tall as I am to complete partner push-presses!
I’ll be there at 11 I am going to do this WOD solo. Does anyone else want to compete, and complete this solo with me. 50 Push Presses with 115 lbs at the end should be fun
If I partner with my husband does that mean we put more weight on his end of the bar for push press??? I know, I’ll probably be forced to just use his weight. Dang it!!
That was a fun but tough workout. MIke and I did it is 15:24.

You are crazy Paul we gave Bo and Matt a run for their money. Just ask them who was leading up until the final 400 meter run. Matt had to be sick cause it was unlike him on the runs today.

I’m all in for the challenge! We’ll give you guys a 3 minute head start, but I’ll need to sub in Ling or Sunny Ko as I’m still on the injured reserve list.
I still can’t believe Paul Dz didn’t win the Nobel Peace prize. I thought the Swedes knew about his Nasty Girls time!
I have to avoid lifting for a couple more days(Dr. Derek says I may have the same injury as Hartline), but I finally made it in today after 4 days of rest. 10 rounds of 10 pull ups, 10 KTEs and 10 ring push ups, in just under 27. Had to do 101 KTEs because of Paul’s critical eye, think I could have gotten sub 20 without the extra KTE.
AJ, since when am I in your team??? I might consider though if you beg me w/ your knees down!
3:00 p.m. Sunday. Squat cleans, front squats, and ‘cash out’ muscle up mania.
I am in for the challenge, we can wait for AJ to heal up, we don’t want any excuses…
